18,934 Steps & A Billion Good Laughs.

How I love being a youth of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The activities that are planned and carried out are so wonderful!
Today we had the chance to go on a super hike. Our orginal plan was to go to Devil's Backbone, however because of the snow, the entire trail was muddy. We resorted to hiking along a sidewalk.
Way to be.

It also happened to be Jeyden's first youth activity! He had so much fun and enjoyed being with all of the youth and getting to know them better. It's so odd that me, Kobe and Jeyden are all in Young Men and Young Womens together! Time goes by very quickley.
After our lovely sidewalk hike, we headed off to a home deeper in Loveland. There was horses, cool plants, wonderful food and, unfortunatley, salty ice-cream. The barbeque was delicious, however I do not believe that the leaders will want the Beehives and Deacons to come to a big activity like this. I admire all of their patience.

Overall, the experience was terrific. I love being able to become closer to Heavenly Father's creation and creating a deeper appreciation for all of the beauty around us.
So thankful.
